We keep an extension cord in that one and use it for multiple devices that get unplugged when not in use. The cord doesn't draw current if nothing is plugged into it.Brenda Whitesidehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04162555468154752820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3787196793070180268.post-44085733221576076432015-03-27T07:05:37.556-07:002015-03-27T07:05:37.556-07:00Might be a good idea to use a power cord and turn ...Might be a good idea to use a power cord and turn it off when you're done using your appliance.<br />Pepper Phillipshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06634004452205760974noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3787196793070180268.post-87978120243230056712015-03-26T11:25:18.533-07:002015-03-26T11:25:18.533-07:00I yeah, should've mentioned that, Marlow. The surprise for me were the chargers for phones and computers. Even when they are not charging they still draw power and quite a lot of power at that. It's something to think about.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03050841921811007623noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3787196793070180268.post-77591063864746211522015-03-26T10:26:10.295-07:002015-03-26T10:26:10.295-07:00Very smart, Ashantay!Very smart, Ashantay!Brenda Whitesidehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04162555468154752820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3787196793070180268.post-80540057950240189862015-03-26T09:51:15.635-07:002015-03-26T09:51:15.635-07:00I believe that appliances pull power, too! I've been unplugging my smaller appliances every time I finish using them, which also cuts the possibility of a kitchen fire.Ashantayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16122891967983778466noreply@blogger.com
