Lay them out on a cookie sheet and bake until - well until they look pretty much done but not so long they go dry. I guess until they look like canned tomatoes. Although, Christie likes to brown them a little. Oh - we roll them around in olive before putting in the oven. I think that's important. We don't peel or take out seeds. Then just stuff into jars leaving that 1/2" at top and pressure cook the jars. Voila!Brenda Whitesidehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04162555468154752820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3787196793070180268.post-5000235058462606132013-09-20T12:21:46.628-07:002013-09-20T12:21:46.628-07:00I love the hanging basket! Do you just pout the whole tomatoes (or sliced?) into the jar and can as usual?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3787196793070180268.post-88736331906583439252013-09-20T06:49:58.196-07:002013-09-20T06:49:58.196-07:00Thanks,Jody!Thanks,Jody!Brenda Whitesidehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04162555468154752820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3787196793070180268.post-42611689565889028542013-09-20T04:51:10.645-07:002013-09-20T04:51:10.645-07:00I love reading about your experiences!
